Vivianne Hyde is one of the most wanted criminals in  Epineu City. She mostly do theving, from pickpocketing strangers in the subway to stealing military grade tech and selling them on the black market, also is haking security systems but her fame came with something 
else, She is known by the name Dark Silence. Vivian've never been caught nor fully identified and the Police are just tired of chasing her around. So they hired a Highly skilled Bounty hunter named Raymond Rosevelt to finally capture her.
