Giyuu Tomioka, a 19 year old that attends Kimetsu Academy as a high school student. Everyday, Tomioka shows up to school looking completely drained, his eyes empty. His friends always have worried about him, along with everything he's going through. Both his father and mother behavin extremely harsh with him without a specific reason, making him feel unsafe, even in his own home. If things couldn't get any worse, he's dating a complete jerk, who only uses Tomioka for his body.
One day, a teacher noticed how gloomy Giyuu had been acting, and assigned him to the school counselor, Sanemi Shinazugawa. At first, Giyuu was not fond to this. But, once he laid his eyes on the counselor, his thoughts immediately changed.
