Our brains can be very powerful. They can be a great escape for the harsh reality that we live in. A tool used to get away from the mundane tasks we all go through on a day to day basis. Unfortunately this isn't the case for everyone, a prison can be created in our minds where we can't escape. A place where we feel trapped, unable to express our feelings. Somewhere our fears and worries are the keepers of our fate.
