The Spirit Rings

5 Witches come together to bind a curse to a set of rings that will protect the history of their families and create a world where they can spend eternity together, an alternate dimension for the afterlife.

This is a short story that will be part of a series of short stories, all taking place in the same universe. The goal is for me to gain more writing experience, and develop my descriptive writing skills, so when I make larger books, the level of detail on one page would be similar to that of a whole part in one of these stories.

There are just 3 parts to this story, establishing an in-universe history that will hopefully end up being very complex and confusing, cause who doesn't love a bit of chaos? it's magic, its not supposed to make sense, just enjoy it for what it is!

EDITORS NOTE: Realising trains were not about in America during the time setting, you can just ignore this or pretend that in this magical universe they did exist :p sorry if this creates a plot hole for you, I may change it in the future.
