(This is an AU so I am making Wolfbloods have assigned mates.) Ossian Grey. Wolfblood, Loner, Orphan, Murderer, Violent. Those are only some words used to describe the black-haired boy. He never wanted to go into the human world. Why would he? He knew how to act there and what not to do. Would it be enough? Ethan Andrews. Orphan, Wolfblood, Kind, Smart, Athletic, Gay, Trusting. Those were some words used to describe the blond. He loved living in the human world! He loved being in Maddy's pack! He loved being a Wolfblood. Life came pretty easily for him. He hated being inside though. What happens when he meets a familiar black wolf in the woods? What happens when the next day, his favorite black-haired boy is acting odd? What happens when they are left alone in the printing room? Locked in by Jimi.

After being rejected by her husband and Alpha in front of half the werewolf world, Allison does the only thing left that makes sense- she walks away. Heartbroken but unbowed, she rebuilds from the ground up, turning her experience as a Luna into something new: Luna's Compass, a consultancy that fixes the messes other packs are too proud to admit they made. No attachments. No politics. No pity. But fate has a sense of humor. Her newest client, Gordon Hale, is a widowed Alpha raising three daughters and holding his pack together by sheer will. What starts as a six-month contract becomes something far more complicated- professionally, politically, and painfully personal. Between grief, politics, and the slow burn of something she swore she'd never feel again, Allison must learn that fate isn't about who you're tied to - It's about who you become when the bond breaks.
