Katsuki continuously bullied Izumi for not having a quirk, this lasted up until they entered UA high. Izumi had traveled to Florida to complete her training with her dad (all might) so she could receive his quirk. During Izumi's middle school years she didn't develop anywhere , flat chest, no curves, no butt , short hair giving Katsuki even more leverage to bully her; but that all change over the summer as she began to blossom.....
