Megatron and Hyperia live in Fort Worth Texas. They have three children. Slipstream the eldest and only daughter, Thundercracker the oldest boy and middle child. They do all kinds of tests. Then Starscream is diagnosed with anaplastic ependymoma a type brain tumor that is brain cancer, the common solid tumor cancer in children and the most deadly. Starscream is brave and ready to fight his cancer. He meets a girl his age who has the same type of cancer as him. They become best friends. They decide to fight their cancer together.
