Ember Odindottir, is the daughter of Odin, and the sister of Thor and Loki. Ember is an Asgardian Valkyrie, who also is goddess of the flame. One day when she steals Loki's 'foolish hat', Thor and herself find their home deserted. With Thor believing Loki is the culprit they retreat to earth and seek out the help of Jane Foster and S.H.I.E.L.D. to attempt to bring Loki back to Asgard. But when Loki seeks his sister out, and her two brothers come to blows, will she side with Loki, the brother who (as a child) was alway there for her, or Thor, the brother who is trying to protect her and the earth? (This story is a bridge between The Avengers and Thor: The Dark World) (cover credit @nayanasreejith )

When I Landed
Falling Wind gushes past me as I tumble through the void. Stars blur together in the never ending dark, and I can't help but feel cold. And it's not the kind of cold that fades with warmth. It's the kind that grips your heart, freezes your limbs, and quickens every breath. It forces you to take note of how trapped your brain is, how it has been locked away without a key. In this story Frigga was only injured by the dark elves and Asgard was greatly damaged but still fixable. Because of Frigga Hela decided to form a strained peace with Odin but her hatred for him remains. "Her name is Hela," he replied, watching the infant lose interest in the shield and move onto something else. Hela looked up at the mention of her name and the same grin came across her face. The smile reminded the Avengers of Loki, it was clearly obvious. The child seemed more innocent, but she was clearly his daughter. It didn't take a genius to know what they were about to do. The Avengers were about to have their hands full. Loki's only daughter was taken from him when she was just a baby. Her father was a criminal and unfit to care for her, and her mother was dead, so Odin ordered Hela to be sent to Midgard.
