Majin Buu was among the handful of people captured and infected with an illithid parasite from Baldur's Gate. As a monk, she was free of vices and worked tirelessly at the Open Hand Temple to provided for her last remaining family member.
She felt like an alien among her own comrades from the Nautiloid crash, slowly traversing their stories and challenges as she struggled to find her place among them.
Majin sought comfort in Astarion as he manipulated her kindness for his own gain, but as they adventured together for a cure for the parasite that plauged them, he fell for her unending patience and willingness to decipher the poem carved into his back by his master.
These short scenes are the in between moments of the game or the epilogue.

Hi there! This is my first fanfiction and I've never written anything like this, but I love this game and I love fantasy and RPGs so I wanted to try this out and started writing for myself. I really enjoyed writing it, so I decided to share it and I hope you'll enjoy it too.
