Rex Salzar has cured every one of the harmful nanites and he alone remains with his Evo powers. An 'Evo' stands for Exponentially Variegated Organism. It's when "nanites" (which are small as cells but are little machines) randomly activate inside their hosts (human or animal) giving them powerful abilities. But when the locals start to lock their doors and windows at the sound of an ice cream truck and others who go out are never seen again may be a sign that his job is just not finished. That is if he's up to the task of being an everyday hero ATTENTION- I do not own Rex or any of Man Of Action properties/ past plots mentioned/ characters.
