It has been three years since Aunt May died and Peter was doing a patrol when all of the sudden he saw something fall into the water. It turned out that Peter found Wheatley! But when Wheatley and Peter get a call from Peter's long time girlfriend and soulmate Lily that she was trapped in Aperture with Chell, both men go to Aperture Labatories to save Chell and have to defeat Glados.
