𝑨𝑴𝑨𝑹𝑨's dad and brother absolutely hate
𝑴𝑨𝑻𝑻 𝑺𝑻𝑼𝑹𝑵𝑰𝑶𝑳𝑶 over some stupid incident
that took place years ago, forcing her to keep their
friendship and her platonic love for him a secret.
although, it's not until recently when she realizes
that she loves him differently than she thought,
despite all the challenges.

unfortunately, it's not until then when matt
finally gives up on the girl he's caught major
feelings for, finding a new girl to pine over and
letting her go. he begins to distance himself
from her, afraid of allowing his feelings to
consume him, but it backfires when he
realizes that he pushed her away at the
most terrible time imaginable.
