The Princess Detective

Once upon a dreadful day, Taki, a Forensic Science student, was shot to death after obtaining a piece of crucial evidence from a crime scene. On her death, she wished to live another life where her thirst for crime investigation would be satiated. The Goddess of Luck and Rebirth pitied her and gave her a chance to fulfill her dying wish.

Instead of being happy, Taki felt devasted. She woke up as Amaryllis, the 5th princess of the Arcadia Empire. She was a pretentious woman who spent her days bullying people and partying in brothels during the night. She was known due to her unpleasant attitude and unbridled behavior. She was illiterate and lazy.

Taki thought her transmigration was child's play and useless. Until an incident happened, and she was accused of poisoning one of the Emperor's concubines. To prove her innocence, she demanded to personally investigate the crime and give her full access to the Ministry of Crime and Justice's inventory.

As she tried to uncover who was behind it, assassins were sent day and night to kill her. However, all her assassination attempts always fail because a mysterious man is protecting her in the shadows. Bewildered, she decided to confront him. Is he a friend or a foe?
