10/22/2020- it's been like 5+ years since I wrote this. I unpublished the embarrassing self insert but I'll leave the rest up. I'm not going to update this or add parts. Happy MCR return y'all :)

It started as a sort of dark fanfiction that got kind of fluffy but will hopefully get back to how it was supposed to be.
It was one of the first fanfics i wrote and so i just put myself and my friend's name in. Its Frank Iero and Gerard Way (that was probably obvious)
Anyway, uh, i hope you like it.
If there are typos and all I'm sorry, but I'm doing my best, okay?

Gerard was in town to visit his brother Mikey like any normal good brother would do, but things turn out to be a bit complicated when he 'accidentally' kills his brother's friend, and it gets even more complicated when that friend doesn't stay dead for long. Things seem complex now but it gets even worse when Gerard is haunted down by a bitter ex boyfriend and a powerful demon, how will he manage to survive all that? And could his not-so-dead victim be his end or salvation? Tbfh I suck at description but I do encourage reading this, it's kinda promising when you get into it... well, I sure hope so. Don't Look Down
Gerard way and Frank Iero have always passed each other in the hallway but never spoke a word to one another. They are both alike in many ways. Both loners who feel like they don't quite belong. Frank mostly spends his days depressed and alone. The occasional hurtful remarks from his fellow classmates and father wearing him down. Frank's family issues seem to swallow him hole which is mainly why he feels like throwing in the towel... permanently. Gerard lives to protect those he cares about. Though, he has a bit of an edgy attitude most people learn to respect. There's more to Gerard than what the outside shows. His brother Mikey and best friend Ray know glimpses of how he really feels, and how complications from the past really fuck with his behavior. But, their differences don't keep them apart considering these strangers are forced into each other's lives when Gerard finds Frank attempting to commit suicide. Can Gerard help Frank without revealing his own problems and emotions or will they become too much to bare? *Trigger warning *Still editing mistakes( I'm fully aware my grammar sucks) *also warning this is terribly written. Frank is twenty eight: he's mentally stable for the most part, and well nobody has to know about pills he takes twice a day, do they? He's normal now, he's a person now, he's a fucking adult with an office job and he fucking hates it and that's fine, because he got out of the mental hospital three years ago, and these past three years of mundane nothingness have been the best three years of his life. Ten years ago, or so, Frank was in love with a boy called Gerard with fiery red hair and the personality of a switchblade knife, and ten years ago that boy called Gerard had killed himself. Frank still saw him though: hallucinations, as he knew them to be now, and it took him years in a hospital he never thought he'd get out of to convince himself of his newfound sanity, but he was okay now. Twenty eight year old Frank Iero had been officially 'okay' since he was twenty five. He hadn't seen Gerard again, and he didn't even think about the guy - he was just normal, and he was almost painfully content with being the secretary to someone with a five figure salary. But of course, on one fateful morning in December, that has to go and change, doesn't it? (Technically a sequel to Summertime, but I wouldn't say you need to have read Summertime to understand and enjoy this)Concluida

The police reckoned that moving away, to rural New Jersey with his grandparents would help him cope with the loss, but even Frank knew that they couldn't be more than wrong, because despite the dull sleepy atmosphere of the town, there was something unidentifiable yet impossibly unnerving about the place, and really, perhaps was safer in his parents home than he ever was here. And there's something physically wrong too - a figure that lurks in the smoke, fog, and shadows - a silhouette the deepest black he'd ever seen, the kind that brought an unsettling feeling to Frank's stomach, and really Frank's wasn't one to be overly twitchy about things like this, but from the moment he first met him, he could never shake the feeling that the figure was always following him.
