Sixteen years have passed since the disastrous events of Pizzeria Simulator, but the echoes of the past still haunt the present. In a world where the terror of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza and its twisted legacy remain a shadow over society, Josiah Skyler Melton and Addison Sarah Riley are just two ordinary teenagers trying to make a name for themselves in the world of acting. At 14 and 15 years old, respectively, they have dreams of fame and fortune, but their lives are far from ordinary.

Both Josiah and Addison are drawn to the theater with a passion and ambition that burns brightly within them, but beneath the surface, a much darker story connects them to two of the most infamous families in the world: the Aftons and the Emilys. Unbeknownst to each other, both teens harbor secrets tied to the chilling history of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Josiah and Addison may be living normal lives on the outside, but the past isn't finished with them yet.

As they navigate their aspirations and complicated relationships, they begin to unravel fragments of the truth about their hidden connections. Josiah's curiosity about his heritage grows, while Addison's loud demeanor hides a knowing calm as she begins to confront the truths about her own lineage. But neither of them realizes that one of them is harboring a secret far darker than anyone could ever expect: one that could shatter everything they thought they knew about themselves.
