This is a story set in the environment of Rain World, a fun little free-roaming indie game that I like very much. The game doesn't necessarily have a specific story for you to follow, since there are many different endings and optional paths to go through. In Rain world, you play as a little creature called a Slugcat. The Slugcat has been seemingly ripped away from it's family during a downpour of rain as seen in the beginning cutscenes of the game, in which you then try your best to find and reunite with your family.
I've decided to build off of the Survivor Slugcat's story (the game's "normal mode") and just be silly and creative. Since this is kind of a niche area of wattpad, I don't expect very many views or comments, but I do hope you enjoy my nonsense! :)

Forest's Fate
An original story about a planet of cats and the troubles that lurk within . . . ~~~~~ Forest used to be an ordinary outdoor cat living on Earth. He thought his only possible problem would be the annoying humans that lived alongside him. That was until a mysterious black cat kidnapped him and many other Earth cats to a completely different planet called Gardinia. Because of that, Forest is whisked into a war between the Superiors, who are cats with super powers trying to take over the planet, and the rebels attempting to stop them to restore equality. Forest is forced to fight for the Superiors. The only way back to his home planet is if he helps defeat the rebels with the other Earth cats, despite his growing sympathy for the cats he is supposed to fight. That, or he loses his memory and will remain in Gardinia for the rest of his life as a mindless minion. Direct crosspost from Ao3 This is an INTENSELY self indulgent prequel for the events of Monster Hunter World following the life of the Commander. Fic takes place from the First Fleet setting out and covers things like the Celestial Pursuit ending up on a mountain, the Scoutflies, the Seeker peacing out, the Research Base crash landing, and some other stuff I'm forgetting, and ends right before the opening sequence of the game. So if you like Monster Hunter, and for some reason you're not here for the monster part (why are we here? Where is the appeal beyond big monster?), we're here together. Ngl, I wrote this because he is 100% my OC's type, and I had brain worms until I wrote it all out. I'm freeeee! The PoV is from the Commander instead of said OC so we get to see more fun things than "oh god he's hot. Oh god I'm gay. Oh god." Instead we get stuff like "Woah cool bugs. Ha ha cute monsters! AH BIG MONSTER!" You're welcome. DISCLAIMER: It'll get quite deep and serious into mental wellbeing and mental health in general + a few descriptions of bodily harm and injuries so any sensitive readers be advised. This one revolves around Bubba a little more cuz I noticed how neglected the poor guy is so giving him a villain arc would sound absolutely gas. Of course everyone will get screen time but in general just saying I'm making a pinpoint in this one. HEADCANNONS (gonna keep it simple): Narrator - God. Catnap: 6'0", gay Dogday: 5'10", gay Bubba: 6'0", straight Hoppy: 5'7", straight Kickin: 6'2", straight Piggy: 5'9", straight Crafty: 5'5", straight Bobby: 5'6", straight Writing fixations: Bold = thinking / screaming Sideways = explanation of surrounding / activity Underline = serious / manipulative tone -the fixiations here are quite inconsistent, you'll figure it out once you read on.

A slugcat. Nimble, weak. Smart. Too smart for its own good. Curiosity is its compulsion, urging it to learn more about the desolate landscape of rain. It must give its life meaning... and give parenthood to a child. This is my first novel! I don't own Rain World (obviously), that honor goes to Videocult. The Odd Trio (Boy x Fem Reader)
The main character for this story will be a mythical species known as a synx. Your most used form being a more human like body but with the tail and ears poking out (yes like a cat girl ik its cringe) but your main beastly form being the full package of a synx. I thought the Synx species would be cool in this case cause they're known for eating kids and with the twins being protecters against demons i thought it would be interesting to have you try to go against your urges and instead help the twins but not be given their trust right away. Also yes I do plan on writing some spicy lemon stuff sooner or later but i wanna build up to that first. Btw I doubt these characters actually have names. It might be the same scenario with bf and gf idk but ill give them names sooner or later to at least put something down. Also Apperently the boy, if I'm not wrong, he has a thick brooklyn accent that i will have to write in dialogue but um...im gonna need help from you guys cause idk what that sounds like or how to write that. The girl had light british accent so its seems I wont have to focus to much on that. Btw DO NOT make me write them banging eachother theyre siblings for god sake and Apperently deities. Also I know these characters are like...asexual I think but hey if people write fanfics of whitty i dont see why im not able to bend the rules a bit to make a lemon scene work cause I know yall be like that dont lie. Also for the Synx part of the character you can imagine what ever you would look like as a synx, you wanna be fully white, have a pattern, have horns imagine all that go for it. Also I will be trying to introduce these characters together and after that I will take requests from people with ideas on what scenario should happen next. Btw yes I know that synx's dont have sex too repopulate nor do they have genders but shhhhhh im gonna make you a girl cause magic shhh ;) also im not the creator of this mod or the characters but I did make this cover.Terminé
