Beck is autistic and spends most of her life locked away in her own mind as she reads her collection of books to escape her abusive alcoholic father. But once her eyes meet a grey eyed boy from across the room her world won't be the same. (18+ violence, adult themes, bullying, harassment and other issues) Being Autistic myself I have put a lot of me in this book. I've exaggerated certain aspects for entertainment values but other than that this is how awkward I feel most of the time.
