Roxy wasnt made for the apocalypse. She wasnt a fighter. She wasnt string or big. She was in one word weak. She worked at a music store in atlanta when the outbreak happened. She went to the CDC to have a chance at living. They had to make sure she was bit and healthy so they gave her a check up. Thats how they found out her blood was different from everyone elses. 

She was immune.

They were planning on killing her tomake a cure but a scientist there had a heart and saved her from them. They didnt make it long they were ambushed by bad people and the scientist was killed and Roxy was taken. She was able to free herself after being held captive for months. 

But due to her injuries and the bite she gained from running she didnt make it far until she passed out. Thats when rick found her and saved her. And since that day her lifes never been the same.
