The story of Basil and her journey through the Indigo League with her new friend Vulpix, the teammates they help along the way, and the tragedy that prevented them from fulfilling their dreams of becoming Kanto's champions. Despite their hopes being cut short however, something has given them the opportunity to try again at a steep cost.
