Rebecca Cross, a wartime journalist, gets sent out to rural Peru. Here, her security unit gets taken out almost on arrival, leaving her stranded at the local US Embassy. At the Embassy, she meets Task Force 141, led by John Price. TF141 agrees to replace her security unit, in exchange for her inside knowledge about the ongoing conflict in Peru. Additionally, all flights out of the area are cancelled, which leaves both parties stuck in the midst of civil war.
With nowhere to go and nowhere to turn to, Rebecca accepts her dependence on the men of TF141, even if their Lieutenant 'Ghost' seems fully on board with leaving her to die.

Task force 141 went out on a mission. soap and ghost get separated and things go downhill. as this is all happening the two of them slowly start to see what they have for each other is mor than just wanting to keep each other safe and playing around. though because of Soaps internal homophobia and ghost never going to accept that he even liked the Scott. not much longer later, another mission is called on. task 141 goes, and things take a dark turn.
