This Story centers around Dr. Wally (Aka Wally. Ofc-) Dr. Wally lives in the Town's abandon Hospital with their doll, Home, along with other insects such as Jareds. He lures others inside the hospital (or they enter by personal choice) and psychologically manipulates and tortures them. When Frank and Julie enter the hospital, Dr. Wally uses this opportunity to torment them and utilizes their insecurities and flaws against them.
They pose as a doctor and pretends to do check-ups, attempting to perform 'surgery' on anyone they can get their hands on. They give 'medication' to those who are ill, such as Happy Juice. Though, he has no actual knowledge or training in the medical field.
