Quinn is a high schooler who has surrounded herself with the same people her whole life; her brother Oliver, Oliver's best friend Milo, and Ayla and added more to their friend group but she is slowly separated from them by her toxic boyfriend, Theo. He loves his group of friends and how everything is going besides the fact that Quinn's boyfriend, Theo is taking her away from them, but not just the group Theo is taking Quinn away from Milo, Milo always knew he liked Quinn in more than just a friend way but never admitted to it because he didn't want to ruin her and her brothers relationship or his and her brother's relationship or their relationship, once Theo and Quinn break up he takes his chance with Quinn because he can't stay away from her any longer, but little did he know someone else in the group is trying to get with Quinn. Will he give up, or try to win her?

What happens when fate brings her face-to-face with the boy she thought she'd never see again? Nicky quickly realizes airing her emotions out in public via a number-one, hit song can make things complicated fast. As Nate and Nicky reconnect and navigate through their past, truths are revealed, assumptions are at an all-time high, and a publicity nightmare looms which jeopardizes all she's worked so hard for. While Nicky's misfortunes add up, she realizes fame comes with a price. She begins to understand the cold, hard facts, keeping her career intact as country's "it" girl and maintaining a personal life may be more difficult than it sounds, especially when you're living through a public scandal.
