He seems like regular kid, a bit much on the slow side, but he has special thing about him. You see there are others in this world who have Special Kekkai Genkai, some that are based on elements or body transformation, they are either weak or strong. Luffy's Kekkai Genkai is that his body is completely made out of rubber and he can use that to stretch any part of his body. He uses this power and joins Team 7 to complete missions, fight enemies, and find new friends along the way. His goal is to become the King of the Ninja...
