Mission Briefing for Laughing Dogs Squad: 
We have lost contact with the Gears that were deployed in Outpost Omega, a fort-like base that was designed to be used in the pendulum wars but was repurposed to fend off locust attacks in the outskirts of Jacinto that went dark a few days ago after receiving a concerning transmission. Your task is to investigate the outpost and reclaim it in the name of COG. -Chairman Hoffman
