Mirai comes from a long line of witches who have been particularly gifted in using their inner sight. As such, she's trained her sight from a young age. She's always been a disappointment, however, as the only thing she's ever been able to see is the vague image of a girl.
On her 18th birthday, Mirai discovers a mark on the back of her neck displaying the number thirty. From her first proper vision, she deduces that unless she finds the girl before the number reaches zero, both of them will die.
Only being able to depend on her less than mediocre skills in seeing the future, Mirai sets out to find the girl before the time is up. Little does she know of the trauma the girl has suffered, nor that finding her is only the beginning.
----------
Mature rating due to: smut, violence, suicide (happens in the prologue while POV-character has her back turned), rape (happens in chapter 30 and will be mentions of it afterwards, fade to black, there will NOT be a trigger warning at the beginning of the specific chapter), violent death of babies, some rather bloody scenes, self-harm, extreme guilt.
Note that a major part of this story focus on healing from and learning to live with trauma, so though you could potentially read it but skip some specific parts, if you're not comfortable reading something that deals with the listed topics, then this book won't be for you.

This story is inspired by dnd, and is told through the eyes of a party that consists of...
. A human champion fighter (she/her)
. A circle of the forest wood elf druid (he/him)
. An aasimar divine soul sorcerer (she/her)
. A half-orc arcane trickster rogue (they/them)
They all start the story as level 3 characters.
Here are the first 200 Chapters of the story. The chapters are around 500-800 words (usually) because it's easier for me to write that way. This story continues in Converging Destinies Part 2, but this part of the story is complete.
I will be posting this as well as part 2 over to AO3.
