It's just too much work, and all this extravagant royal stuff makes her head spin. As if that wasn't enough, her mean mother and her mom's boyfriend never stopped trying to hurt her, mentally and physically. If only she had someone to confide in. Then she meets Perry, who seems kind and gentle and everything she loves. Isabella gives her heart away to him immediately. But is her delicate grasp of the real world enough to hold her firmly through the upcoming stormy skies? When something dark happens, it is up to her to figure out what is really at stake.
