His symptoms rapidly escalated, leaving him feverish and bedridden the only temporary antidote that Sanji has is Zoro, who is tasked with maintaining close proximity to keep the chef's severe symptoms at bay. This uncanny remedy forced the two into an awkward but crucial closeness as the crew navigated the seas.
