what if petunia was a witch and left vernon when harry arived. harry discovering he is trans switches to holly before she gets to hogwarts where she quickly befriends hermione and Ron and is already friends with dudley who turns out is a wizard. the three of them try to make the wizarding world more equal with the help of holly's great uncle and aunt and a scottish ghost.

Also, trigger warning; the story gets a bit dark after he comes out as trans male. He has to deal with the conflict from other characters that don't accept his identity at first.
