Orion Pax's symbiote droid, Roller, goes missing at the start of the Great War during battle. Vorns later, he reappears.
I recently read a fic that made me remember in G1 Optimus had his little drone bot thing. I didn't realize it even had a name for the longest time. I gave Roller more depth and backstory. This fic won't be that long, maybe 10 chapters tops. I wanted to wait to post to write this but I couldn't help myself.

Moon Princess but as she likes to be called, Luna, was abandoned it seems like. She wandered the streets of her town until a nice family took her in. Later, she was kicked out because of the chance of war. She met Orion Pax and became his best friend in a few short weeks. They met Megatronus together and became the three muskateers of their planet. When the war started, and the planet was poisoned to its very core, Orion traveled down to the heart of Primus to try and reverse the ill effects. After years of war, Cybertron was almost abandoned. The war has ended, leaving Megatron as a prisoner and Optimus as the new leader of Cybertron. Unwilling to execute Megatron for hate of killing yet another mech, Optimus devises a plan to hopefully change Megatron for the better. But there are always flaws with even the best of plans, so the Prime must take the good with the bad as he tries to show Megatron that even he can feel happiness.
