After his death, Jules Nourney learns that some souls live on as ghosts. Accompanied by two adventurous ghost friends, he tries to solve the question of what makes him special and why he lives on as a ghost.
Meanwhile, Jules' brother Ramon, an aspiring actor, is trying to find out who he is and what path he needs to take in order to lead a full life and one day follow his brother into ghosthood.

As they try to help Julian figure out his life, they too are eventually sucked up by Julian like an abyss - A hopeless pursuit.
