Issei Hyoudou Has Gone Though Everything to Become The Hero of The Factions but because of Rias and His Brothers Lies made almost the entire supernatural hate him until he revealed the truth. 

after he killed his brother, he left the factions and decided to never help them again since they thought his brother was the hero after they thought he Defeated The Beast of The Apocalypse.

He remembered the hurtful things that were said by those who believe his brother. 

Some of them criticize him while some hated him. 

Although they now know the truth and saw the true colors of his brother, it was already too late.
