Bright Side of the Dark Side.

Tokoyami and Dark Shadow loved the darkness, they thrived in it. It was no longer a burden to be without the absence of light, now it was a comforting feeling being submerged in the endless void of the dark. This was how they survived, it was how they became strong.

But then she arrived. She had a darkness of her own but it was more welcoming, warmer. With a bright smile and a go-getter attitude dressed in soft colors with accents of black or gold, Bri was everything Tokoyami was not.

In truth, Tokoyami was honestly a little scared of her. How could one person without a light quirk be so bright while also swathed in the most permanent form of darkness? Surly the girl knew how unforgiving ink can be, how deep it can sink into something and near impossible to remove.

And yet she shined so bright. Like a moth to a flame, he couldn't look away.

Which made the thought of possibly asking her out even more terrifying. He was titled lord of the shadows, unyielding and fearless. But Bri turned out to be on a different level.
