After The fall of Cadia the Imperial Star ship "Iron Tempest" took many survivors from the planet. After it was discovered that the ships geller field was disabled the ship could do little until it encountered an Eldar Craft world. The brutal fighting led to the chance meeting between the Guardsmen Jandrie Frostmoth and the Harlequin Celakra. They would carry out a secret relationship until the stalemate would be broken. Then at the darkest moment salvation for the pair came in the form of a strange necron looking for more additions to his collection.
