After defeating Pain Naruto is banished by the council and betrayed by his friends. Issei Hyoudou after the defeat of Trihexa is betrayed by the Underworld. Izuku Midoriya after defeat of AFO Shigiraki is framed for working with the villains is sent to Tartaros. But the three heroes are met with a monster in their respective worlds taking a final stand no matter what happens to them as they die facing against the monster. Naruto, Issei and Izuku learn that they weren't born in their universes but in the marvel multiverse on earth-616 they are the sons of Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson. The sons of Spider-Man are back in town as they are reunited with their father as they learn that things have changed since the civil war including that their mother is dating some jackass name Paul and raising two kids they picked up.
