Jasper Alexander loved music. Writing songs was like therapy for him, something he desperately needed. When the foster system moved him from Chicago to Lima, Ohio he knew the first thing he was going to do was join the jazz band. The exact opposite group of people you would think he would want to hang around. He may look (and act) like the stereotypical "Bad boy" but deep down he's a band geek. He sits on the sidelines of the glee club, rolling his eyes at their ignorance and selfishness. Safe to say he doesn't like the glee kids very much. He convinces the other jazz band members to start a band with him, not a jazz band but a serious alternative rock band. There's one very important thing you need to know about him: he hates Rachel Berry.
