A twisted smile spread across his face as he leaned in closer, his hot, alcohol-laced breath over her. He pressed his nose to her neck, inhaling deeply before pulling back slightly to growl in her ear, "You can't run away anymore." he slurred, his voice a sinister whisper. His eyes bore into hers with a mix of anger and possessiveness that made her blood run cold. Her mind raced, desperately trying to think of a way to escape. "Let me go!" she cried, her voice trembling. She tried to pull away, but he only tightened his grip, his other hand moving to her waist to hold her closer. "You're mine," he growled, his lips curling into a cruel smile. "And no one gets to take what's mine." ____________________ "If you really want to stop me, tell me will you ever be able to love me?" She asked, her voice trembling despite the smile she forced. Hurt was evident in her eyes, knowing what his answer would be. He looked at her, his face a mask of turmoil. She was no one to him, and he , a fragile in a world full of chaos. Every day, she had been grateful just to be near him, to share his space, even if it meant living in the shadows. She had accepted that they were living a lie, but it had been a lie she could live with. His silence was a dagger to her already wounded heart. "I was never supposed to be in your life," she whispered, tears spilling over despite her efforts to hold them back. "But you found me, and you saved me. You've been my rock, my safe place. How can I just let you go now?"

"I am back," she whispered. Her lips carried a sorrowful smile, as her eyes met the tall, grey walls of the familiar crossroad. She ran her hand across the rough, rugged walls pensively. She made these. This was the labyrinth she knitted, solely from her buried feelings. Buried, but alive. Looking straight ahead, she noticed a white fluffy bear on one side of the intersection. She habitually took steps forward. As soon as she was within its reach, it held her arm strongly. "Why are you anxious ?" she chuckled, "It's not like I wouldn't choose you." She stroked its fur gently, only for it to scratch her arm brutally. Unfazed at her wound, she exhaled, "I choose you, like always." It would hurt, she knew it. She would never escape, she knew it. 'But I won't lose my hope,' she repeated the sentence she always did to comfort herself. A sudden tug brought her a step closer. "I am coming," she assured the impatient bear. A lazy voice echoed as soon as she took a step forward. " You have no sense of direction Akshara, I am over here idiot." She turned around to see a silhouette she knew all too well. He leaned onto the rugged walls, of the other junction, leisurely, as if the sharp edges didn't pierce his skin, "Come on now." "I can't," she shook her head. "Why not?" "It won't leave me." "You abandon it then," he shrugged, "come on, I don't like my ice cream hot." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This is a fanfiction on the 3rd generation of yeh rishta kya kehlata hai.

21 parts Complete

| COMPLETE | A closure story on the current track of yrkkh. (where Abhir falls unconscious on Abhinav's shoulders, and they get to know about Abhir's medical condition - another track after Abhimanyu's accident where the writers could have started an abhira centric plot and worked in the direction of reuniting our Abhira, but alas.) I couldn't help myself. I am frustrated with the makers for degrading Abhira's love, their moments, their characters, and just everything about them. The fact that they have left no stone unturned to downgrade Akshara as a bad parent and cast Abhinav as a real father is so damm wrong. Why can't they stop with their NAV jhap now? It's too overrated. This is my first time writing something so elaborate, so please bear with me and ignore any spelling or grammar mistakes.
