Destiny or Fate?

In a world where magic was real, where sorcerers and sorceresses lived among us, a family who was blessed with the gift of magic. The father, a powerful sorcerer himself, had two children: Merlin, the famous sorcerer who would one day become the guide and mentor of King Arthur, and his older sister, Adara. Adara was born with the same magical abilities as her brother, yet stronger and more advanced.

Adara would seem to be someone nobody knew about due to her vague past and her knowledge beyond her years but there was a reason. She was originally somebody else, she had been reincarnated multiple times throughout her long lifetime and remembered everything she learned.

As they grew older, Adara's fascination with death and the mysteries of the afterlife led her to a path that was shrouded in secrecy. She became the Mistress of Death, using her powers to communicate with the spirits of the departed and uncover the truth behind their passing.

But little did anyone know that Adara's connection to the spirit world was not just a mere curiosity. She had made a pact with a powerful entity from the other side, a being who had granted her immense magical abilities in exchange for a promise. A promise that would change the course of her life forever.

As Destiny or Fate would have it, Adara's path would soon cross with that of her brother, and the two would find themselves on a collision course with Destiny. Would they be able to fulfil the prophecy set in motion since the day they were born, or would they succumb to the darkness that threatened to consume them? The fate of the two worlds hung in the balance, and only time would tell if Adara and Merlin would be able to overcome the forces of evil and fulfil their destinies.
