The creaky floorboards beneath her feet and the musty scent of age-old books filled the air. As she made her way through the dimly lit hallway, she stumbled upon an old telephone sitting on a dusty desk, seemingly forgotten for years. Its old-fashioned design and worn-out buttons made her wonder who could have possibly used it last. Tadhana felt a sudden urge to pick it up and listen to its dial tone, wondering what stories it held in its wires. Little did she know that this one simple act would set off a chain of events that would lead her to the person she was destined to meet.

Itachi was sitting at home before his desk, his arms folded and his head buried half-way into them as he stared with cool and almost soulless black eyes before the phone started buzzing, Hinata in bold on the phone as Itachi picked it up before it could ring a second more. " Hinata..." " I-Itachi..." The timid stammer made him know something was wrong as he stared to the desk, his heart slightly speeding up. " Where are you? I haven't heard from you since this morning..." Itachi bit his lip. " I-Itachi-k-kun... D-Did you threaten I-Ino's bo-boyfriend?" Her stammering was reaching a whole new level of nervousness that Itachi had not heard in years. " He couldn't take his eyes off you... He had his girlfriend right there and everything, I didn't threaten him that badly." Itachi rose to defend himself. " I-I-Ino said y-you..." She trailed off as it seemed to painful for his love to say it, but he knew Ino had told her everything, " Th-That's not what you s-said." She whispered to him through the phone, " I-I think we sh-should take a b-break." She whimpered then and his heart was hammering as he looked outside the window, red entering his vision. " You're leaving me? What? Hinata... Please don't leave me, I'll die without you." Itachi whispered back, jolting out of his chair and starting to pace around like a caged panther, " You can't leave me, we love each other." " I-I-I-" He heard crying. They were making her cry. Soon her sniffles left the phone and Ino's voice entered his ears like a gnat, " Leave her alone you psychotic freak!" She then hung up as Itachi listened to the emptiness on the other side until finally a robotic dial tone sounded from being there too long as he pulled it back and let the phone drop from his hand, clattering to the floor and shattering it's screen as he turned and looked outside as if he could see them, Ino putting all these lies into Hinata and getting her to leave him, keeping them apart.

Episode 11: First Day, Old Feelings Vardha hummed softly as she picked out her outfit-a crisp white shirt, black pants, and a matching blazer. Professional. Perfect. She placed her laptop on the bed, grabbed her towel, and headed for a quick shower. The warm water did little to calm her nerves. First day. New city. New job. She exhaled deeply. "You got this, Vardha." - Breakfast & Chaos She walked out of the bathroom, towel-drying her hair, and slipped into her outfit. In the kitchen, she made a quick bowl of oats with strawberries, forcing herself to eat despite the nerves swirling in her stomach. Her phone buzzed. Kavish. She grabbed it, still chewing. "Hey, Kavish, I was just about to call you-" "Figured. You need the office address, right?" he said with a chuckle. "Yes, please. Also, how long will it take to reach?" "About 40 minutes in Mumbai traffic. Leave soon." Vardha glanced at the clock. Crap. I should've left five minutes ago. - Apartment Lift Mishap She hurriedly slung her bag over her shoulder, clutching her laptop in one hand and phone in the other as she rushed to the lift. Just as the doors were about to close, a hand shot out, stopping them. Abhigyan. Vardha stepped aside, still typing a message to Kavish. "Big day?" Abhi asked casually. "Yeah, first day at Vizlot." His brows raised slightly. Vizlot. Interesting. He gave a small nod. "You nervous?" "Nope," she lied. He smirked. "Liar." Vardha huffed. "Fine, maybe a little. But I'll survive." The lift dinged. They stepped out together, walking toward the parking lot. "Need a ride?" Abhi offered, unlocking his car. Vardha hesitated. "I can book a cab-" "Don't be stubborn, neat freak. Get in." She rolled her eyes but got in. As Abhi drove, he glanced at her. Vizlot. This just got interesting. at work

"My ideal type... Tall, dark hair, piercing blue eyes... Intelligent, confident, and a hint of mystery... Can make me laugh, even on my worst days... Loves adventure, tries new things, and isn't afraid to take risks..." As she wrote, the room seemed to grow quieter, as if the universe was holding its breath. Emily felt a shiver run down her spine. What was she getting herself into? Just as she finished writing, a sudden gust of wind blew through the room, extinguishing the lights. Emily gasped, her heart racing. What was happening? And then, a low, smooth voice spoke out of the darkness: "Hey, darling... why are you up so late?"
