Homelander has never faced anyone with the amount of power like this new stranger who appeared out of nowhere. A stranger who is pissed at him, a stranger who knows everything he has done and everything he will do. A stranger who has made it his personal goal to make Homelander's life a living hell.

Basically, Homelander meets an OC of mine who is there to torment and terrify him. This takes place somewhere during Season 2 of The Boys, no particular spot, but after Doppelganger's death.
