Upon returning to Gotham City after his training, Bruce Wayne also learns that the venomous Scarecrow is planning to use a deadly and dangerous new drug called "Vertigo" into Gotham City, spreading fear and panic throughout the population. With Scarecrow and Black Mask forming an alliance to corrupt Gotham, Bruce must use his wits to defeat them.
