Releasing My Mind

Poetry I have written as it's a way to deal with what's on my mind. I had quite a traumatic childhood. As a young adult, I would write poetry as it helped to get it all out. At the age of twenty, I unfortunately went down the wrong path, and I ended up addicted to Heroin. Throughout my addiction, I struggled to write, and now, at 43, I have started again.
