A bored student on a drowsy school afternoon finds a strange black-bound notebook that seemingly fell out of the sky... Sounds familiar? But this is not the story of Light Yagami. This very same incident happened to Y/N L/N, a high school student who is in love with the anime 'Death Note'. So much so that she has watched it seven times. As soon as Y/N touches the black notebook, she is transported to the realm of the very show it came from... What follows is a battle of wits as Y/N (now aliased Ayame Yoshida) tries to use her prior knowledge of the show to navigate through the giant game of chess and form appropriate relationships with its players: the world's greatest detective, L; and the psychopathic serial killer "Kira", Light Yagami. *** Credits for the creation of "Death Note" and its characters go to Tsugumi Ohba

"Call me crazy if you want, but I'm telling the truth. I'm not sure myself how it all happened, but I'm actually from another realm. I came here over a year ago.....you see, to you everything that is happening with the Kira-case is reality, right?" Matsuda nodded. "Well, before I came here, it wasn't....in fact, all this that is happening to you now, was just an anime, a TV show that I loved watching. The TV shows names was Deathnote and I had watched it many times. I knew it word for word....."
