Noreh Foster is Sophie's twin.  She goes to the Lost Cities but is adopted by the Sencen family.  Briefly after arriving she is sent to Exilium and meets Grace, who, apparently, is her older sister.  Noreh is given the opportunity to leave everything and start over-but her new life is quickly interrupted.  Again.  And not just by anyone.  The mysterious boy that always seems to show up at all the right and wrong moments makes Noreh rethink her choices of fleeing the Lost Cities.  
 Grace Smoke has been living with the Black Swan since she was seven after the Neverseen kidnapped her twin brother.  At Exilium she meets a new friend and years later finds her younger sister, Noreh.  The two become close, but Grace can never forget her brother.  But when the two are finally reunited, things aren't quite how she expected them to be.

He's been moving throughout the Forbidden Cities, staying out of sight, dodging police, and most of all, trying to control his new ability. But just when Keefe thinks he's left the Lost Cities behind for good, a mysterious stranger shows up, claiming to know everything about him and even promising him answers to his past. [Complete] Sophie is a normal elf, with blue eyes and average abilities. She is a telepath and a polyglot, her two abilities the only special thing about her. Her biological parents are Grady and Edaline, and her sister is Jolie. The Neverseen and the Black Swan don't exist; all members are still alive, and their secret identities (such as Forkle, Granite, Umber, etc) don't exist. Keefe Sencen is relieved. Kinda. Most of the Neverseen are arrested, but his mom is still out there, along with plans to burn down all human facilities. Sophie's insisting on staying low in the Forbidden Cities to flush them out. Hopefully, after a few years, it will work. Nine years now and Biana is having the time of her life. She has an okay-sized penthouse, and Tam is sadly addicted to bubble tea. But it's fine. Today, she visiting her house again. Going home. But home is not the same anymore. You never know if you can trust anyone anymore. Or, The Keeper Crew go on a mission to finish the Neverseen and return to their home nine years later only to find a whole new world right before their eyes.
