Mia Jordan has raised herself since she was 14. Now a senior in high school, she plans on moving out as soon as possible. Her drunken mother, as well as her late step-father, have turned her life into a nightmare, and his piercing words still haunt her some nights when she wakes up screaming. She is left alone in her house besides her younger twin sisters. The girls, Adalynn and Bryce, are raised by Mia. They lose contact until school begins. Senior year holds many awaiting decisions for Mia. Although she's shy and self-kept, Mia is a extraordinary basketball player. She stands smaller than everyone in school, but huge in the hearts of her classmates, even if she doesn't see it. Accompanied by her two best friends, Alexis and Hayden, they plan on figuring more out about the mystery girl Denise and making an unforgettable impression of their peers who have loved them for years.
