On his first day at U.A high school, Izuku Midoriya was expelled by Shota Aizawa aka Eraserhead for being quirkless despite the man knowing that the school technically allows quirkless students to enter the hero course if they passed the entrance exam. Izuku then makes a big decision. Instead of heading home, he turned around and boards a train, leaving Musutafu and everything behind. He tries to take a swan dive off the roof, but ends up finding hope for a future in a delinquent.

Soga Kugisaki already thought everyone around him talked shit behind his back, viewed him as more monster than man. He has developed a love of making other people suffer in place of him due to these circumstances. And when he opened his mouth, it was a toss up whether people would shirk away from his sharpened teeth or his quirk first. He doesn't need anybody in his life. He doesn't care about anyone. Not now, not ever. However, seeing a green haired kid who tries to jump off a roof changed the trajectory of his life forever.

Heros Can Be Monsters Too

7 parts Ongoing Mature

Izuku Midoriya was born with a great quirk, well that's what his mother always said. Though he knew the truth, he knew why there were always heros around when he went outside, people were afraid of him and his power, and he couldn't blame them. He would be scared too if a child had the amount of power he had. He was awoken one night by the sound of his window opening and someone entering, before he could jolt up or scream a gun barrel was put to his head. Behind it he could see eyes, eyes of a hero, eyes of someone who didn't want to be there. Just before he was sure he was about to be killed, she put her barrel away and collapsed to the ground in tears. Both of them monsters in their own right, both seeking to help others, both helping each other along the way. I own nothing but the story. As usual, One For All will be going to someone different.
