Heather chandler lives alone, it's been less than four months since she graduated high school and attends the university of Cleveland in Cleveland Ohio. Her best friend is Veronica, and procrastinating is her middle name.
Everything changes of course, when she hears strange things from the apartment right above hers.
Witnessing something traumatic and disturbing.
And with Her neighbor taking a shine to her best friend, Heather knows she has to find a way to prove him guilty.
