Melanie has philophobia, it's the fear of falling in love. Rodney shows his feelings for Melanie but she doesn't know how to react so she starts writing in her diarie. She gets kidnapped and no one knows where she is, except Rodney but he doesn't want to get in trouble. She suddenly feels a fond  for Rodney but it was to late he had already loved another. She had never felt this feeling so the search party was canceled and her hope was gone it had. They torture her and use her various ways that no one could  imagine anyone would ever do. The kidnappers are so obsessed with her that they even can't shake off the obsession that they have grown for her. Rodney doesn't and will not let this happen but he doesn't now that she is still alive. He will soon find out that she is still alive and she has feelings for him.
