Harper and her sisters piper just moved to a new a town. Ever summer Piper does a project, and Harper normally helps her. But this summer Harper has to make a project to get into a selection arts school. And piper gives her the idea to let her help Harper and turn her school project into a summer project. While these sisters put together this project they meet people and bond as sister.
