Its the year 3048, Tokyo is left in disrepair after being over run by enemies known as the Glitched. These bizarre messed up creatures wreak havoc upon the poor city, leaving few alive. But not all is lost. a group of genetically modified beings, humans with the abilities and appearance of an animal, known as Runners are sent to safeguard those who are still alive, and finally bring an end to the horror.
