A cyberpunk story about a lonely girl who gets criticized for just being herself. No one wants to be her friend, so instead of living in the dramatic ghetto place she lives in, she exiles herself to a trash planet to be isolated from society. During her struggles of survival, she gets desperate for a friend. Thanks to her AI engineering skills, she decides to program her own friend. A Science Fiction, Slice of Life, and Drama story. Constructive criticism always welcome! Planned projects for this story after the writing is finished (Though no promises): Replace the pictures that inspired the characters with my own original art, hopefully to become a light novel type thing, replace the cover with my own original art, create music for specific scenes, possibly an audio book with music and effects. Every bit of support helps me through this! A/N: This story is greatly inspired by my favorite song "Are Friends Electric?" by Gary Numan. Both versions of his song will be shared in the media if you're curious. Otherwise, enjoy the story!

[Completed] You're Y/N L/N, a great student with average grades at DUAT College. Four years ago? A police officer. But your insecurities got you kicked out. Your godfather, Hank Anderson, knows why. And so do you, but you have your own perspective about it. Though you have a very particular perspective about life, you do your best to highlight your own identity as (Y/N) since the others once expected you to be just like your father in the past, but who is now a great example of shame nowadays. But who should you be? An authenticity, or just a pale imitation of your father's achievements? Everything started with that damn Android. Connor. For an obedient machine, it made you question a lot of things. It made you question about yourself. But there was something about him. He makes you feel... different. Warm. What are we talking about? He's not your type! You're human and he's an Android. That would be impossible ...
